When Foley's estranged daughter's life is threatened, he teams up with her and a young hacker to unravel the sinister plot behind the threat. Along the way, he crosses paths with familiar faces, including Judge Reinhold as Billy Rosewood and Kevin Bacon as Captain Andrew Bogomil.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt joins the cast as a new character who helps Foley navigate the evolving technology landscape. Paul Reiser will also make a special appearance in the film.
